All Templyworks products are digital content (Notion template access links) delivered instantly after purchase.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA

By law, consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right expires when performance has begun, if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§356(5) BGB / Art. 16(m) EU Consumer Rights Directive).

By placing an order for our digital products, you request and expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the template access link has been provided to you.

All sales final after delivery

Because our products are instant-access digital goods, all sales are final once the template link has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue — a broken or non-working link or a failed delivery — contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@templyworks.com and we’ll make it right. Accidental duplicate orders are refunded in full if reported within 48 hours.
