All Templyworks templates are digital content (Notion template access links) delivered instantly after purchase. The Custom Template Request is a made-to-order service and has its own rules (see below).

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA

By law, consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right expires once delivery has begun, if you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB / Art. 16(m) EU Consumer Rights Directive). All sales final after delivery

Because our templates are instant-access digital goods, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the template link has been delivered.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your template is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law.

Something went wrong?

If you experience a technical issue — a broken or non-working link or a failed delivery — email info@templyworks.com and we will make it right. Accidental duplicate orders are refunded in full if reported within 48 hours. If you are stuck setting up your template, just reply to your confirmation email — a real person will help you get going.

Custom Template Request

The Custom Template Request is a made-to-order service. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you ask us to start work before the withdrawal period ends, your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully delivered the service; if you withdraw after work has started, you pay a proportionate amount for the work done up to that point. See Section 3a of our Terms of Service. Once the finished template has been delivered, the order is final; one round of revisions is included.
