These Terms of Service govern your use of the Templyworks online store at templyworks.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Templyworks sells digital Notion templates. Contact: info@templyworks.com

2. Digital Products

All products sold by Templyworks are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive access to your Notion template via an automated delivery email. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Right of Withdrawal — Waiver for Digital Content

In accordance with Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and §356 Abs. 5 BGB, you acknowledge that by confirming your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and agree that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the digital content has been made available to you.

4. Licence

When you purchase a template you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the template for your own personal and freelance business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish the template (or any modified version) on any platform or marketplace. Authorship and Templyworks branding may not be removed from any shared version.

5. No Refunds

Due to the instant-access digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the template has been delivered. Please review the product description and any available preview before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your template, contact info@templyworks.com and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in euros (EUR). Templyworks operates under the Kleinunternehmerregelung (German Small Business Regulation, §19 UStG) and therefore does not charge VAT.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, copy, and branding are the intellectual property of Templyworks. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimer

Templates are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Nothing in any template constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of German courts.
