These Terms of Service govern your use of the Templyworks online store at templyworks.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Templyworks sells digital Notion templates. Contact: info@templyworks.com

2. Digital Products

All products sold by Templyworks are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive access to your Notion template via an automated delivery email. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Right of Withdrawal — Waiver for Digital Content

In accordance with Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and §356 Abs. 5 BGB, you acknowledge that by confirming your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been made available to you. You will be asked to confirm this waiver at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Licence

When you purchase a template you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the template for your own personal and business purposes, including your freelance work with your own clients.

Permitted: you may duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace, customise it, and share your customised copy with your own clients or collaborators in order to deliver your services to them (for example, sharing a Client Portal workspace with a client).

Not permitted: you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the template (or any modified version) available to third parties as a template or product, and you may not publish or list it on any platform, marketplace, or public page. Authorship and Templyworks branding may not be removed. In short: you may use and share the template to run your business and serve your clients; you may not distribute or sell the template itself.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All Templyworks products are instant-access digital content. As set out in Section 3, once you have confirmed the withdrawal waiver and the template access link has been delivered, your statutory right of withdrawal has expired and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights: where digital content is defective or does not conform to its description, you remain entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law.

In addition, we will make it right if something goes wrong on our side: (a) a broken or non-working access link, or a failed delivery, reported within 14 days of purchase; (b) accidental duplicate orders, refunded in full if reported within 48 hours; and (c) other technical issues preventing access, reported within 14 days. Contact info@templyworks.com and we will resolve it promptly. This Section is consistent with our Refund Policy; if there is any conflict, the provision more favourable to you as a consumer applies.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Where supported, prices are displayed and charged in your local currency at checkout; the converted amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments.

Templyworks currently operates as a small business under the German Kleinunternehmerregelung (§19 UStG) and does not separately show or charge German VAT on domestic sales. For cross-border sales of digital services to consumers in other EU/EEA countries, VAT may become chargeable in the customer's country of residence once the applicable EU thresholds are exceeded; where that is the case, any VAT due is included in the price shown. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, copy, and branding are the intellectual property of Templyworks. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution — as distinct from the permitted use and client sharing described in Section 4 — may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimer

Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except for the mandatory statutory warranties that apply to consumers. Nothing in any template constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence within the EU/EEA.

The courts of Germany shall have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer-protection rules and the competent courts of your country of habitual residence remain available to you as guaranteed by applicable EU law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
